The T-M50, also know as "The Monster Tankless," is Takagi’s most powerful tankless water heater yet and was developed specifically for commercial applications.  The T-M50 offers many benefits including the following:

380,000 BTU/U, up to 14.5 GPM (Max)

The versatility of being installed either indoor, outdoor, or with a direct vent, all with the same unit.

Easy-link capability up to 4 units.  You may connect up to 10 units and generate over 140 GPM using a multi-controller unit.

Features a Dual-Heat Exchanger system that allows for redundancy.  In the event of an emergency, if one system goes down, the other system will still stay running.

Uses HRS copper, the most durable copper in the industry.  HRS copper is stronger and harder than the standard copper, making it much more resilient against erosion and leaks.

Offers precise control of the water valves.

8 new dipswitch temperature settings: 100 F, 115 F, 120 F, 135 F, 145 F, 155 F, 165 F, and 185 F.  These temperatures are better suited for commercial applications.

7-segment LED for error codes:  Remote controller is not required to pinpoint problems.

Ignition indicators: indicates which burner is fired up at the moment.

Utilizes the air-fuel ratio rod for added safety.

The drum thickness has been increased 25% for greater heat exchanger performance and to be more resistant to thermal stress.

Increase in fin pitch:  Fins are more "spread out" which improves the durability of the heat exchanger. More space in-between the fins reduces build-up.  Higher temperatures at the top of heat exchanger reduces condensation.

ASME version is available.

TM-VC50
Outdoor Ventilation Cap
The TM-VC50 Outdoor ventilation Cap is used when the tankless hot water unit is to be installed outdoors.  Installed over the flue collar, the cap prevents debris from entering the unit.
TM-RE30
Temperature Remote Control
The TM-RE30 Temperature Remote Controller allows the output temperature to be adjusted beyond the factory settings, and works as a diagnostic tool for error codes.
TM-PC50
Pipe Cover (optional)

The TM-PC50 Pipe cover is designed to be attached directly to the bottom side of the unit to provide a cover for the pipe connection entry.

TM-MC01

Multi Unit Controller (Multi Unit System)

The TM-MC01 Multi system controller is capable of handling up to 20 units at one time.  It also works as a diagnostic tool that provides error codes.
TM-IV50-AB
Lead free Isolation Valves & Pressure Relief Valve
TM-IV50
Isolation Valves & Pressure Relief Valve

Isolation valves are used to isolate a unit for service. The Pressure Relief Valve is to help protect the unit and release if the pressure in the tankless water heater or hot water system exceeds 150 psi.

TM-DV50
Direct Vent Conversion Kit (optional)
The TM-DV50 Direct Vent Conversion Kit (optional) can be used to convert the tankless hot water unit from a conventional vent system to a direct vent (or sealed combustion) system.
TM-BF50
Exhaust Backflow Prevention Kit
The TM-BF50 prevents cold air from entering vent and causing heat exchanger to freeze.
